Clinical Research Assistant I - Nilsen
The incumbent will be responsible for data abstraction from medical records and entry into database.
Tasks will include:
Performing medical record review and abstracting clinical data to support quality improvement and research.
Managing the overall record retrieval process for collecting numerous data elements from individual patient records according to measure specifications and project requirements.
Completing all data input and resolution of errors related to data entry
Maintaining records and providing appropriate correspondence.
Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information collected and entered into the data collection system and is accountable for their work.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelors degree is Preferred.
