About the Role:

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals in the organization, design, writing and production of quality graphic design packages. This role requires administrative support and a working knowledge of graphic design software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce custom graphic design packages to support marketing efforts

  • Utilize CBRE brand client messaging templates to produce marketing materials

  • Generate, proposals, presentations, marketing updates, and press releases

  • Process voucher requests

  • Exercise extreme diligence in the review of marketing materials and presentables

  • Support team administrative needs, including managing calendar invites for both virtual and in-person meetings, and coordinating travel plans

  • Update and maintain various information databases

What You’ll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. · Associates degree (A.A.) preferred.

· 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals

· 2+ years in the Real Estate industry.

· Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.

· Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

· Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.

· Strong marketing knowledge desirable.

· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level attention to detail in material review and editing.

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and execute on deadlines

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

· Solid grasp of print and graphic principles

· Ability to edit templates and create custom marketing packages {i.e., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred)
