Trinity Health Central Recovery Center Team Lead in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description:

Position Purpose:

The Central Recovery Center (CRC) and Walk-In Unit Team Lead will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for individuals walking into the crisis center for mental health support. The Team Lead will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. The Team Lead will prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. The CRC Team Lead will cover for CRC Supervisor for on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments and maintain milieu management

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with scheduling of employees, ensuring all shifts are covered

  • Perform duties as a clinician and have experience to complete walk-in process and admission criteria

  • Support and encourage coworkers

  • Cover one week a month of on-call duty for the CRC and ADAS unit (additional compensation)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services and 2 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team)

  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Human/Social Services and 4 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team).

  • Valid Driver’s License required and ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Act 33/34/73 clearances

  • Access to Transportation
