Job Description
What will you do?
This role optimizes efficiency (operational & profitability) initiatives across the CCG business through collaborative business partnerships and in-depth data analysis. A successful candidate will develop Subject Matter Expertise on how the end-to-end CCG business operates and provide improvement recommendations across multiple functional teams. Shared Service exposure & partnership includes but not limited to commercial, portfolio, pricing, transportation, supply chain, customer service, IT.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote & encourage CCG business efficiency opportunities.
Partner with business functions to discuss & understand current trends, strategies, issues, and constraints.
Identify, quantify, and implement improvement initiatives across the organization.
Combine business sense with data science to translate analysis into actionable solutions/recommendations for key decision makers.
Provide FP&A support for all Global CCG Efficiency tracking initiatives across all functions & regions.
Partner with PPI business systems to enable all monthly/annual entries, reporting, and planning/forecasting.
Support finance partners & commercial teams with contract compliance protocols.
Ability to differentiate & comprehend contractual obligations, concessions, and system capabilities.
Support the CCG Activity Based Model (ABM) close tasks, end-user knowledgebase, and expansion.
Knowledge of Proforma process, P&L reporting tools, and ad-hoc ABM model analytics.
Help develop SOPs and deliver standard process GPI documentation and training materials.
Provide financial, technical, operational, and business process mapping SME as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science, Supply Chain, or a Business-related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
Experience
4+ years in Finance, Operations, Information Science, or business-related fields.
Excellent systems/process orientation with proven analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Maintain a strong executive-level presence across all communications & presentations.
Strong understanding of financial/accounting concepts, FP&A experience, and/or variance analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of operational metrics, cost modeling, and/or activity-based management is helpful.
Ability to acquire, comprehend, and communicate business insight across multiple end-end processes.
Strong project management skills, independent decision-making capabilities, and ability to honor commitments.
Ability to translate and articulate business impact in financial, operational, and/or contractual terms.
Knowledge of transportation logistics, billings, and/or expenses is a plus.
Experience with relational DB querying tools such as SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or other relevant toolsets.
Willingness to learn/build use cases for AI platforms and/or Robotic Process Automation applications.
Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion, or other financial accounting software would be beneficial.
