Federated Hermes 9154: Proxy and Regulatory Coordinator in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania

Federated Hermes, Inc., a global leader in active, responsible investing, is seeking a Proxy and Regulatory Coordinator for our Warrendale, Pennsylvania office.

As a member of the Literature and Publishing Fulfillment team in the Investor Services Division, you will leverage excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills to successfully coordinate regulatory literature distribution and proxy processing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations as it relates to mutual fund documents and proxy processing.

 

What you can expect:

  • Coordinate all aspects of monthly legally required shareholder mailings, and well as mutual fund proxy campaigns.
  • Act as point of contact for proxy process on assigned campaigns.
  • Create and maintain Proxy and Regulatory Services procedure documentation.
  • Collaborate with other business units to identity and estimate quantities required for mailings and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Prepare monthly regulatory mail grid.
  • Monitor mailings for timely completion.
  • Review and approve for payment all proxy and regulatory mailing invoices.

* *What we are looking for:**

  • Associate degree OR High School diploma (or equivalent) with related proxy and regulatory experience required.
  • Experience in proxy and regulatory services processing and/or the mutual fund industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel required; Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Access preferred.
  •  Understanding of Federated Hermes' market segments, operations and organizational structure preferred.
