Aerotek Industrial Technician in Pittsburg, California

Job Description

Support the operation manager by developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and execute product development plans ensuring that products are delivered within budget, and to quality standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to product development. Continuously evaluate personnel, technological, and other resource needs to efficiently maintain all manufacturing processes.

Hard Skills

  • At least 3 years working in a Manufacturing Facility

  • At least 2 years working in CAD Software (SolidWorks or similar)

  • At least 1 year of experience navigating ERP, EQM, OM and/or Microsoft Office Suite

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburg, California.
