Foley Inc. Business Analyst I - Digital & Product Support in Piscataway, New Jersey

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Enter and maintain subscription/connectivity contracts in D365
  • Quoting and invoicing clients for subscriptions.
  • Support customer billing inquiries and fleet analysis to ensure accurate monthly billing.
  • Monthly contract creation and management in D365 for operating system.
  • Update and maintain various Connectivity subscription programs and pricing.
  • Notify customers of internal subscriptions expiring and adjust subscriptions based on customer requests.
  • Subscribe/unsubscribe Product Link devices.
  • Manage equipment requests in system for any changes and adjust billing accordingly.
  • Obtain and process authorization forms to keep records and subscriptions accurate.
  • Bensalem, PA location preferred, role has ability to be hybrid. Must be a commutable distance to Bensalem.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Required knowledge of general accounting practices and account reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in all Microsoft platforms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
