Job Title: Entry Level Fabricator

Job Type: Full time; temp-to-hire 12 months

Schedule: Onsite; 1st shift

Location: Piney Flats, TN

Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Job Summary:

Perform fabrication tasks, operate machinery, and assist in technical assembly operations for Aeronautical Accessories manufacturing under general supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate parts, conduct inspections, and ensure accurate part identification.

  • Operate machines (e.g., vacuum machines, ovens) and forklifts as needed.

  • Assist in advanced assemblies like High Visibility Doors and Emergency Float Kits.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Skilled in fabrication tasks (sawing, sanding, bonding, etc.).

  • Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and resolve errors independently.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in environments with chemicals and heat exposure.

Preferred: Forklift experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.50 per hour
