Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Job Description

A Commercial Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the use of various plumbing materials to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role involves managing the installation of different types of plumbing systems including water supply and drainage systems. This position requires a keen understanding of plumbing materials and their applications in commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

• Ensure the proper use and installation of various plumbing materials such as copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on-site.

• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise during construction projects.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman role.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and materials.

• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the fly.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $66000.00/yr.

Vacation, 401k and paid holiday. Cam-ful also provides a truck, gas card an Ipad and all tools needed to perform their job the right way.
