Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Job Description

The Plumber Foreman’s primary responsibility is the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments, and goals. The Field Foreman will be responsible for the success of the project they are managing including: Safety of the job site and employees, Customer and employee satisfaction, Project profitability (measuring man hours), Performance of their duties (SIP, Material Handling, Organization, etc.). The scope of projects for Field Foremen includes single and smaller projects, in addition to subsets of larger projects under the oversight of a Field Supervisor.

Work Environment

Commercial construction. There are two main projects currently being worked on: a recreation center and a commercial office building.
