Position is located with PINECREST SUPPORTS & SERVICES CENTER.
Location:Employee Administration, HR - (Timekeeper)
Shift:8am-4:30pm Pass Days:Sat. & Sun.
Salary - Depends on Qualifications
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 1: $10.00hr. - $18.00hr.
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 2: $ 11.45hr. - $20.61hr.
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 3: $13.11hr. – $23.59hr.
As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant. The maximum annual salary for the Administrative Coordinator 3 is $49,067. This position may be filled byDetail to Special Duty, Probation, Promotion, Demotion, or Lateral Transfer. Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center.

Examples of Work

Answers multi-line telephone or switchboards, giving routine information and screening calls.
Greets visitors.
Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
Collects and prepares for processing time and attendance sheets for department or office.
Performs routine filing of documents and maintains filing systems.
Copies and/or distributes correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Receives cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services.
May operate various office equipment (such as copy machine, calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training.
