The HM is looking for those with mechanical experience, who can work from print and can use a computer. They said that candidates with experience working in sheet metal do well i.e. auto body repairs, boat repairs. They are looking for somebody who uses hand tools, r ead B/P, calipers, protractor, tape measure, high gauge, scale ruler, sheet metal forming skills such as bending, stretching implemented by shrinking tools, dies and punching, air grinders, able to follow all safety guidelines, follow all policies and procedure, be able to stand for long period of time, work with minimum supervision and also work with team members, problem solving skills, mechanically inclined and at least 3 years minimum of related skills.
