Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled Assembly Mechanic - Level III for one of our clients specializing in high-quality stainless-steel equipment, located in Everett, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble packaging machine sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications.
• Inspect parts to ensure proper manufacturing quality.
• Install mechanical components and sub-assemblies into machines using diagrams, blueprints, and written instructions.
• Mount auxiliary equipment onto machines as per specifications.
• Accurately position parts and drill, tap, and ream holes at designated points.
• Align and fasten parts together using hand and power tools.
• Set up and operate machinery for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
• Maintain strong customer service skills, demonstrate a team-player attitude, and uphold regular and acceptable attendance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance of food or pharmaceutical packaging machinery is required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints is essential.
• Experience in auto/diesel maintenance or fabrication is a plus.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
