Job Title: MIG Welder/Fabricator

1st shift - $18-$23/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in supporting the production of docks and lifts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding, particularly with aluminum, and capable of reading blueprints to understand the dimensions of the projects. The role involves working with fabrication equipment and building inventory for the busier summer season.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on primarily aluminum materials to support dock and lift production

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project dimensions and specifications

• Operate fabrication equipment as needed

• Assist in building inventory for peak seasons

• Ensure high-quality welding standards and adherence to safety protocols

Essential Skills

• Proven welding experience, particularly with MIG welding on aluminum

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding project dimensions

• Experience with aluminum wire feed

• Basic knowledge of TIG welding and steel welding

• Familiarity with fabrication and grinding processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
