 Lobby Receptionist

Full Time Positions -- 80 hours per pay period

Variable days of the week including every other weekend

Shift Hours

7:00am-- 3:30pm Monday-Friday

7:00am-7:30pm Saturday and Sunday

Scheurer Hospital, a critical access rural hospital, is looking for a full time Lobby Receptionist.  Responsibilities

• Providing empathetic and professional customer service
• Directing patients to desired location
• Assisting/Performing registration duties
• Assist with Quality Reports
• Answering switchboard phone

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous office experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience using the internet
