Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Pico Rivera, California. The incumbent will be part of an industry where the primary function is to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle incoming orders, log them, and distribute to the appropriate Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Confirm orders to customers in a timely manner

• Maintain and file job jackets in the designated cabinet for easy access and order

• Create production tickets with box specifications as part of backend operations

• Generate load tags and make additional copies for production

• Adjust or create parts when generating sales order/ delivery ticket

• Enter sales order into the system and print sales order/ delivery ticket

• Log all completed backend operations and sales orders

• Answer phones appropriately and transfer calls

• Greet customers and manage their inquiries by answering doors. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling customer queries effectively

• Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service is a must

• Strong skills in customer service and problem-solving

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy

• Comfortable with email correspondence and able to respond professionally and promptly

• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls in a service environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems

• Ability to schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner TalentMatch®
