About the Position: The incumbent will serve as the Director of the Logistics Readiness Center located in Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Responsibilities Direct all maintenance, supply, ammunition, food service, laundry, transportation, property accountability, clothing, and other related logistical activities. Coordinate and direct logistics mobilization planning and seek new mobilization initiatives. Develop and recommend establishment of local procedures to govern logistical operations and management of resources. Direct the formulation and management of the directorate-operating budget. Assist in the development and programming of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) input requiring planning and coordination throughout the directorate and other brigade personnel. Assign, direct, and evaluate work of the subordinate organizational elements. Implement policies on administration and personnel management and training and utilization.
