As Go-to- market in our Global Capability Center team you are a ransformation expert with strong background in driving efficiency and business outcomes in one or many functions such as finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, financial services using the latest data, analytics and AI applications and methods. You are an expert with strategy and consulting background, who will work with Sales and account leads to develop value propositions, business case, solutions to drive end to end transformation including people, process and technology for Accenture s clients. You will also work alongside the sales lead s in providing valuable automation related expertise to clients and internally within Accenture. With your extensive domain knowledge, you are a recognized leader in the global business services, shared service center space. Your strong functional knowledge, combined with your persuasive abilities, technology acumen and process improvement expertise enable you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, driving meaningful conversations and achieving successful outcomes.  You are passionate about working in a transparent environment and believe that diversity drives innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth of Global Capability Center/ Global Business Services / Shared Services footprint by providing expert transformation led guidance including technology and support to clients and sales leads during client conversations, helping to articulate the value proposition of Accentures operations services.

  • Utilize industry experience and the functional (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Health operations, financial services) depth to enrich and influence RFIs/RFPs, and sales originations process ensuring most favorable outcomes for clients as well as Accenture

  • Foster strong client relationships by offering strategic guidance and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of their business and challenges in implementing Data and AI solutions

  • Gather requirements, build solutions, pricing, and creates the end-to-end proposal and solutions for clients in the Shared Services space

  • Originating sales opportunities and builds a pipeline for Transformation opportunities including AI/ Gen AI to pursue.

  • Collaborate effectively with various Accenture entities such as Technology, Strategy & Consulting, Operations etc. to develop a strong unified public voice in the sales process. 

  • Foster strong client relationships by offering strategic guidance and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of their business challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of business process transformation experience in any industry and functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Health operations, Financial Services)

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated hands-on experience contributing to end-to-end data led sales cycle

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree, in Business Management or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience with Business Process Transformation solutioning with latest technologies including Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AI

  • Strong proponent of the game changing potential of combined Data, Tech and AI in the business process space.

  • Demonstrated, strong sales acumen and well versed with managed service Sales cycle.

  • Rich knowledge of industry trends and state of the market technology, including implementation experience.

  • Experience with C Level client relationship building and relationship management.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
