Ally Pediatric Therapy Supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)- Central Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to the field’s newest SLPs through Clinical Fellow supervision
Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language and feeding disorders in children
Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals
Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plans
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions (reduced direct caseload due to supervisory position)
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech Language and Hearing Association (2+ years with CCCs)
Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience or interest in working with autistic children
Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 years
Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model
Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques

Compensation: CCC-SLP: $75,000+ depending on experience
