Job Description

A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Sr. field construction superintendent to join their team, You will oversee and lead daily activities on an assigned jobsite for a $5 billion dollar project. Your responsibilities include safety oversight, reviewing project documents, planning the site layout, coordinating with field engineers, scheduling crafts, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing technical guidance. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and consulting firms is essential for problem-solving and efficiency improvement. This is a Senior level position and is looking for someone with over 15 years over experience in large scale Industrial/Commercial projects. This role can pay between 150-200K based on experience. Skills and Requirements

B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education (High School diploma) and experience

15+ years of commercial construction field experience, including direct supervisory experience

Proficient with reading plans and specs

Ability to build and manage high performing teams across multiple trades

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year of employment) null
