Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Warehouse Shipping Specialist to join our small team of 3-4 members. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving tasks

• Schedule shipments and orders

• Receive and stock inventory

• Assemble orders and kitting

• Manage the Will Call Desk

• Operate a sit-down forklift

• Load and unload trucks

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of warehouse experience

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift

• Basic computer skills

• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping processes

• Experience with cycle counts

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Ability to wear multiple hats and manage all aspects of the warehouse

Work Environment

The position involves working in a warehouse environment with some tasks performed in the yard/outside, although minimal time will be spent outside. The start time during training will be from 7 AM to 4 PM, transitioning to 8 AM to 5 PM after training is completed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
