Edelman Financial Engines, LLC seeks Senior Salesforce Developer & Administrators in Phoenix, AZ.

• Identify and assess operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes end to end to drive efficiency for Admins, Devs, and Planning Teams.
• Serving as a liaison between multiple internal teams to support scalable customer-centric solutions.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings.
• Assist in the prioritization of ticket-based work, gather, and document requirements.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Management of integrated applications and third-party vendors supporting Sales and Marketing.
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
• Troubleshoot business-impacting Salesforce-related issues.
• Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal Marketing and Planner Operation partners.
• Jump in and own short-range efficiency projects, having a real impact on Planners.

Requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Requires 5 years of experience with the following: ETL (e.g. SnapLogic) and Data Loader tools; Financial Services Cloud (FSC); Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings; Copado code migration tool; Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. 100% telecommuting permitted.

Requires Salesforce Administrator Certification and SF Developer Certification
