Senior Director ISC Customer Operations – Defense and Space

As a ISC Customer Operations Senior Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing the customer operations strategy, managing the customer operations team, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will report directly to our VP of AT ISC, Brian Wenig, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location and be part of the senior leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement the customer operations strategy and vision for the defense and space business unit, aligned with the company's mission and values.

· Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing customer operations team

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, and act as the primary point of contact for supply chain escalations and issues.

· Represent the customer operations function in the senior leadership team and provide regular reports and insights on customer operations performance and progress.

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in customer operations, customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the defense and space industry.

· Strong knowledge of the defense and space market, products, and customers, and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain trust and rapport with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

· Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

· Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
