We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to oversee and implement various employee communications with a strong emphasis on Human Resources initiatives and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting engagement and adoption of HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, wellness, retirement, and recruiting, through effective communication and change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies to support HR initiatives and corporate-wide culture transformation.
Research, write, and produce a variety of communications materials for different channels, including employee intranet, communications apps, print advertising, social media, podcasts, and video content.
Manage and execute communications related to HR programs such as benefits, wellness, compensation, recruiting, and retirement plans.
Provide counsel to HR and various departments to ensure effective communication methods, messages, and timing for achieving desired outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications.
Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure quality product delivery within budget and deadlines.
Participate in special projects that include the communication of corporate-wide initiatives.
Perform additional duties as required.
salary: $90,000 - $113,000 per year

Responsibilities
Research, write and produce various communications materials to support workforce transformation initiatives and basic HR programs, such as benefits and wellness programs, recruiting advertising, compensation, and retirement plans. This includes copy for employee intranet, communications app, print advertising, social media posts, podcasts and video.
Manage and execute various communications related to basic HR programs and workforce transformation initiatives.
Provide counsel to HR and various departments to help ensure appropriate and effective communication methods, messages, vehicles and timing to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage vendors and consultants to help ensure delivery of quality products on time and within budget.
Special projects as assigned that would include communication of various corporate-wide initiatives.
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND seven (7) years of experience in Corporate Communications, HR Communications, Marketing or related field; OR
Master's Degree AND five (5) years of experience in Corporate Communications, HR Communications, Marketing or related field.
