Design technical architecture for cloud solutions that meet the needs for scalability, reliability, and performance. Deploy cloud solutions and technologies across a range of functional solutions. Identify new cloud technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges or limitations in the existing cloud technology platforms. Provide third level 247 support to all applications, system users, and outsource partners in the areas of problem management, change management, system access, security, help desk, computer operations, scheduling, disaster recovery, automations, software currency and meeting all service levels. Design cloud solutions that make operation processes more efficient to satisfy customers. Develop teams and outsourced partners to ensure smooth deployment of application components in all environments. Function as the technical operations lead in support of all applications. Work closely with Network, QA, Information Security, Infrastructure, Operations, and Data Services teams. Build consensus through presentation of technical options in an easy-to-understand fashion and explore alternative ways of resolving business operations support issues. Proactively identify and resolve application, operation, band architectural issues. Prepare monthly statistical reports, prepare a weekly status report, audit all outsourced charges against the contract and the monthly performance report, and participate in IT audit activities as required. Collaborate on and set cloud vision, providing thought leadership in cloud architecture and cloud services to meet business objectives for cloud solutions. Consult with internal IT and business segment leaders as a cloud technology evangelist around AWS.

Education Required: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field

Experience Required: 4 years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, System Engineer or related occupation

Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

1. Building applications using Microservices architecture and Docker containers in AWS Fargate.
2. Using at least three of the following CI/CD tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployments: Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS Code Pipeline, Artifactory, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.
3. Developing an end-to-end AWS native platform for building Data Lakes using S3, ETL, Catalog, IAM, Secrets Manager and KMS to manage the structured and unstructured data across cloud-based applications.
4. Building solutions for log search, data processing, analytics and visualization to ingest, process, analyze, and visualize log data using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Lambdas, DynamoDB and CloudWatch.
5. Designing and developing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based applications using VPC, ECS, CloudFront, Route53, EFS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, EC2 and KMS.
6. Deploying and integrating cloud solutions with existing applications to meet evolving business needs and to offer scalability.
