Who are we looking for?

We\'re looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to join our IS team. In this key role you will be responsible for leading a team as well as managing and prioritizing the Salesforce roadmap and initiatives. Pivotal to this will be to engage with senior business leaders across the enterprise to ensure the platform is aligned with GHD\'s strategies and goals.

In this diverse role you will:

• Lead, support, and guide the team in the optimal delivery of the Salesforce platform solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Salesforce platform, aligned with our enterprise strategies and goals.
• Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Engage closely with enterprise business services teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless integrated enterprise platform
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within the Salesforce platform and other relevant technologies, to continuously leverage technology for business improvements.
• Oversee relationships with application providers, vendors, and partners to guarantee adherence to security and compliance standards
• Ensure that the Salesforce Platform adheres to relevant security and compliance standards.

What would you bring to the team?

• Degree qualified in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent significant, broad, and deep industry experience to envision the long-term product strategy and align it with enterprise objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar environment, including remote leadership coupled with a strong business acumen and familiarity with relevant business functions and processes including but not limited to sales and business development, marketing, finance and procurement.
• Experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Certified Scrum Product Owner, Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.

This role can be based in most US GHD office locations with a preference for western part of the U.S. or any GHD office throughout Australia (ideally East Coast).
