Compensation and Schedule for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical – Full-time, onsite, $35-$45 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great team at a steady clinic!

Required Qualifications of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical

  • 1+ year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse required

  • Case management and outpatient transplant unit experience highly preferred

  • Valid RN license in Arizona or Compact RN License required

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical

  • Coordinate, supervise, and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge, and evidence-based practices

  • Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient's discharge and/or home care needs

  • Responsible for direct patient care to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment and education, and discharge planning

  • Assist in completing clinical competency with Medical Assistant staff

  • Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate professional staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized patient care
