Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Start off doing schedules, tracking project metrics, then move on and be responsible for assisting in all aspects of project management including planning, scheduling, procurement insuring successful achievement of safety, profitability, and schedule objectives.

This is a hands-on role and will require an individual who is willing to get into the details, possible travel into the field, and spend time in our on-site manufacturing facility to ensure we are creating value for our customers and stakeholders.

This position has a lot of growth opportunity. Working closely with our team and sub-contractors at various levels of executive and field management, establish schedules, manage documentation requirements, safety protocols, site logistics, personnel coordination at site meetings in the field and over the phone through regular interaction. Coordinate with owner furnished and contractor furnished suppliers ensuring materials are available on site to meet our stringent quality requirements, meeting the customer’s construction schedule, at or below budgeted cost estimates. Assist in the management of field and/or on-site manufacturing labor supervision from our established team across the country and oversee the selection and management of local union labor resources on multiple sites concurrently. Develop and oversee an installation and assembly schedule using LEAN methodology to pre-fabricate and site install awarded scopes of work ensuring the highest quality and profit levels are achieved. Oversee project administration, manage progress and cost controls utilizing our software management programs eCMS, Salesforce, EIDA, and Procore. Report regularly to the leadership team on progress and countermeasure where we are not achieving desired schedule and profitability attainment. Work closely with the Construction Administration group to provide guidance and support on accounts receivable, payable, and billing process. Write, review, and apply construction directives through submittals, RFI’s, and fabrication drawings to ensure the accuracy of the build. Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of project milestones.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

Candidate will be working on a growing team of 7-8 people who are strictly working to support this project.
