About the role and what you’ll be doing:

The Product Manager, Security & End User Support Services is responsible for supporting the strategic vision and service ownership of a portfolio of security, and end user services. This role is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop integrated product roadmap, including interdependencies across functions, for each product.

  • Stay abreast of technology and service offerings in the market, as an input for assessing market potential, viability, development, enhancement or retirement of Ensono’s products

  • Develop new and/or enhance existing services to meet evolving client needs or to capitalize on new market offerings or vendor partnerships

  • Lead the effort to design and build new services that meet highly regulated client business requirements and help ensure they remain secure and compliant

  • Prepare, and solicit business approval through Ensono’s productization process including the market viability of the idea, viability of the execution plan, and preparedness for what happens at launch and after.

  • Develop / Update product definition & design in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations & other Product leaders. including but not limited to

  • Service overview, description and guidelines

  • List of SKU’s supporting the product, their costing and pricing

  • High level technical design and security considerations

  • High level installation and operational management guidelines

  • Product security considerations

  • API configurations and communications

  • Third party vendor product or services support if any

  • Usage and consumption tracking for all Clients (units)

  • Sales collateral & all product communications

  • Manage the product life cycle – Periodically maintain all of the above through replacement and retirement of every product SKU.

  • Keep track of third-party license or resource usage in support of any vendor contract renewals and true ups

  • Meet regularly with vendor and applicable VARs to stay current on vendor solution and innovate new and better ways to leverage their solutions

  • Support periodic reporting on the financial and business performance of the Product portfolio

  • Educate the Sales teams on the product portfolio through prepared materials and live sessions

  • Assist presales team for client calls that require subject matter expertise

  • Support responses to RFPs and oral sales presentations

  • Maintain client insights – Regularly meet with Ensono technical delivery managers, client success managers, in addition to clients to collect insights and priorities

  • Security & Compliance frameworks – CIS, NIST, ISO 9001 etc.

  • Hybrid and cloud-native security controls

  • Identity & Access Management / Zero trust

  • Data security

  • Managed XDR, MDR, EDR

  • Security Information & Event Management

  • Network Security, Firewalls and Intrusion Prevention

  • Devce hardening (OS, network etc.)

  • Web Application Firewall

End User / Digital Workplace solutions

  • Microsoft M365

  • Microsoft O365 – Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive & Teams

  • Microsoft Power Platform

  • End User Device Management

  • End User Mobile Device Management, specifically InTune

  • End User Windows Device Security

  • Service Desk

  • IT Asset Management

  • Remote workplace technologies (VPN, Citrix,WVDI etc.)

  • End User Support

Shared

  • ITSM

  • Multi-tenancy architectures

  • API integration

Experience Level:-

  • 5 +years of overall IT experience

Technical Key Skills(Mandatory Skills)

  • 3+ years of End User Experience

  • 3+ years of Cyber security & compliance experience.

  • Experience putting together managed services portfolios

Good to have Skills

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with an ability to wear many hats and shift focus/priorities throughout the day.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn quickly, multi-task, and work independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desire to regularly transform and improve yourself
