Poolman 2000, LLC is looking to fill Pool Cleaner positions at its location at 2939 W. Culver Street, Phoenix, AZ 85009. These are temporary, full-time positions and we are looking to fill approximately 50 job openings for employment from 04/01/2025 to 09/30/2025 Phone: (480)991-7970.

\ Job Duties Performing tasks that involve labor at an outdoor swimming pool. Will clean and prepare swimming pool sites. Will clean debris and remove waste materials. Will backwash and vacuum swimming pools. Will be required to clean, test and prepare swimming pools in order to make them presentable and operational for the season. Pool cleaners will be \"testing the water\ for clarity\", as is done in any residential or commercial swimming pool.

Employer is offering at least 35 hours per week at a rate of \$17.20/hr; Mon-Sun 8:00am 8:00pm. Days/Shifts will vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer is offer up to 15 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Overtime will be paid at a rate of \$25.80/hr for working greater than 40 hours in any given week. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. Employer is offering paid on the job training.

Job Requirements: No training, education, or experience required. Must be able to swim. Must be able to lift 60lbs. Must be willing to work in all weather climates. Conversational English and working weekends required.

\ Transportation: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Transportation to and from the optional employer housing to the worksite is provided at no cost to the worker.

\ Housing: Optional Employer Housing provided to the worker for \$175/week.

\ Tools, supplies and equipment: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

\ Other Employment Guarantees: A single workweek will be used for computing wages due and workers will be paid every 2 weeks. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees), incurred by the H-2B worker.
