Fluidra is seeking a Polisher to join the team at our location in Phoenix, AZ.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Professionally grind and polish metal products.

  • Ensure accuracy of orders by checking physical product against order form.

  • Work quickly and efficiently, turning in products that meet company standards.

  • Water test products for leaks.

  • Handle products carefully, preventing fingerprints and damage.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school education or equivalent

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a commitment to detail.

  • Be aware of expectations for completed products and able to produce finished pieces that meet those standards.

  • Some experience in metalwork preferred but can train the right person.

  • Ability to maintain an open line of communication with coworkers’ management team.

  • Willingness to learn new things including cross-training for other areas within the

  • shop.

  • Familiar with handheld power tools such as grinders and sanders.

  • Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Standing for extended periods.

  • Safety is priority. Must be willing to wear all applicable PPE including ear protection.
