Adecco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker Order Selector to join our warehouse team for a well-known American beverage and beverage-maker company in Phoenix, AZ ! The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and stacking products for customer orders, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Selection:

o Accurately pick products by matching item numbers and descriptions using a voice audio headset.

o Hand stack cases of products weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead throughout the shift.

2. Pallet Stacking and Wrapping:

o Arrange beverage products on pallets in a defined stacking pattern to ensure stability and safety during transport.

o Hand shrink-wrap completed customer orders, attach appropriate labels, and move them to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.

3. Quality Control:

o Report any product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision, including damaged items, incorrect store numbers, and equipment problems.

4. Safety and Compliance:

o Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including the safe operation of equipment.

o Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including general housekeeping duties within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.

· Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order selection and stacking.

· Experience operating electronic pallet jacks, walkie-riders, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred.

· Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time position with shift work, including potential weekends and holidays.

· Physical work environment with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Education Requirements :

HS Diploma / GED Required

Forklift License / Certification Required

• Weekly Pay: Earn $18/HR

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
