Waste Connections is looking for an Operations Specialist at our Weinberger site in Phoenix, Arizona!

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: M-F 7:00AM - 3:30PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Acting as a liaison between managers, drivers, and customers

• Maintaining DOT files

• Providing administrative support

• Using various systems to document/provide information

• Assist in maintaining compliance

• Various filing and data entry

• Helping with route optimizations.

• Handling incident claims along with keeping OSHA records

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be detailed oriented and well organized.

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

• 1 year of administrative/data entry preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
