U-Haul Moving Help Program Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Military Moves Program Analyst to support the growth and development of our Military Moves Program. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of military relocations by collaborating with service providers, aiding in recruitment, and assisting in the training process. Your primary objective will be to ensure service providers have all the necessary tools, resources, and support to successfully manage and complete service members' moves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless execution of the Military Moves Program.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training service providers to maintain a high standard of performance and service quality.
• Continuously assist and identify areas for improvement in the training and support materials provided to service providers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program’s policies and procedures to guide service providers through the operational requirements.
• Monitor service provider performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure the completion of moves in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the program’s growth and operational success.
• Collect and analyze data related to program performance and service provider efficiency, preparing reports and recommending improvements as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for service providers, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the relocation process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external service providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the military or familiarity with military relocation processes.
• Knowledge of program management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excel
