TEKsystems Mortgage Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona

Summary

Our mortgage servicing client located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking customer service specialists to join their on-site team. Successful candidates MUST have 1-2 years of experience in any kind of mortgage position. This is a Monday to Friday, fully on-site position. 8:30am-5:30pm.

The Day to Day

Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner

Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses with consumers and/or authorized 3rd parties

Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Who are we looking for?

1-2 years of mortgage experience

General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local mortgage regulations a plus

Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

Effective time management skills to deliver work on time

Capable communicator, written and oral skills

Strong negotiation skills with ability to effectively resolve problems

Compensation

$22/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
