Full Job Description

Real Estate company is seeking a Marketing Analyst for a part time, long term freelance opportunity.

This is a 20 hour per week opportunity. You will need to come onsite for onboarding and then you will be expected to go onsite one day per week.

TOP 3 MUST HAVES:\ - Experience collecting and analyzing marketing data from various platforms, and deriving insights from the data\ - Experience preparing analytics reports which clearly articulate the insights derived from the data\ - Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:\ - Gather and interpret data from various channels including email, web and social platforms\ - Analyze the collected data to glean insights and convert it into clear and digestible reports and presentations (PowerPoint) for individual content pieces, campaigns and quarterly/yearly content performance reviews\ - Provide recommendations to optimize content performance across channels\ - Present findings to team members\ - Maintain records in Airtable and Sprinklr

NICE TO HAVE:\ - Data analytics experience at B2B and/or tech companies
