Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences s currently recruiting for a medical client in Phoenix, AZ to assist with their search for Licenses Practical Nurses (LPNs). This position does require you to be 100% ONSITE and is a contract to hire role!

Schedule

Upon hire you will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, no weekends required!

Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $24 and $30. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

As an LPN you will:

• Collaborate with providers, manages patient treatment through comprehensive clinical observations and evaluations of health care needs.

• Teach and counsel the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient.

• Monitor patient vital signs and lab values.

• Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments and care of patient.

• Observe signs and symptoms and reports to the physician, midlevel, and/or nurse reactions to treatments, including drugs and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.

• Provide nursing services: treatments, diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.

• Prepare equipment and assists the physician, midlevel and nurse during examinations and treatments also assists during specialized procedures.

• Obtain assistance and consults as necessary.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance according to Federal guidelines.

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Arizona

• Previous experience with pediatrics, preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
