This role will be based in Phoenix, Atlanta, D.C., or Minneapolis. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as an actuary on complex actuarial and quantitative analysis projects
- Perform increasingly complex analyses and cost projections by using or modifying existing pricing models with some input and feedback from senior project members
- Prepare reports of data trend analyses in order to summarize findings and recommend strategies and solutions to the client
- Gather, organize, test, and review client or vendor data for accuracy and validity and identify any discrepancies within the data
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years minimum health actuarial experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
What makes you stand out?
- Medicaid actuarial experience (any state program, health insurer, or Federal Agency) or actuarial consulting experience
- Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, MAAA)
- Experience related to health plan analysis or capitated rate development

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or wor ing onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one \"anchor day\" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is \$70,500 to \$141,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
