Job Overview:

The Entry-Level Process Planner will assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to meet production requirements, while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and supporting the design of new processes to optimize production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement• Support the development of new manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality• Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams• Ensure that all processes are compliant with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and environmental regulations• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify and address process-related issues• Support the implementation of process monitoring systems to track production performance and identify opportunities for improvement• Participate in training programs to ensure that all staff are trained on relevant manufacturing processes• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and process simulation tools is a plus• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and environmental regulations is a plus.
