Responsibilities Job Summary The IT Process Manager is a senior position which will be responsible for the strategy, design, coordination, deployment, and management of the assigned IT Service Management (ITSM) process for the Organization. Examples of ITSM processes include, but are not limited to, IT Change Management, IT Release Management, IT Incident Management, etc. This responsibility is inclusive of relevant supporting systems and technologies. These processes align with Industry Standards, such as ITIL. The primary focus is to implement integrated strategies and systems that will manage the impact of the assigned process, which may include IT, clinical, and / or administrative workflows. Must work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency of the pertinent process. Will also work with leaders and other partners outside of IT in the daily course of their duties. Develops and manages an integrated ITSM strategy / design/ process / system for IT Department. Develops and applies a structured ITSM approach and methodology to integrate all departments of Information Technology, based on ITIL methodology where feasible. Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Develops a set of actionable and targeted ITSM plans to include communication, training, and organizational change management plans. Works with related departmental leaders and partners to integrate process activities into their workflows. Manages intake of all requested process changes. Develops advisory board and manages the intake and decision flow for all IT process update requests. Develops a process for reviewing and responding process / workflow concerns. Assesses the process / change impact to IT teams and partners external to IT. Works with subject matter experts to create a plan for standard process for planning, testing and implementing process changes. Develops escalation process based on priority levels. Creates process for communicating changes to affected stakeholders. Monitors and manages adherence to the assigned ITSM process. Develops management metrics to track adoption, utilization and adherence to the process. Identifies resistance and performance gaps and works with management to develop a corrective action plan. Creates specific process management plans with respect to training and orientation of new employees. Serves as a coach to champion the ITSM process and overall program throughout the organization. Works with external business units when appropriate to ensure the process is communicated and understood. Manages communications to stakeholders regarding process changes. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in organizational management, business or technology or related area or at least 5 years direct IT related experience in lieu of degree. Required Experience 3 years Demonstrated experience leading or participating in teams for process implementation. Required
