Mercury Systems Int Quality Inspector in Phoenix, Arizona

You are responsible for: * Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection * Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection. * Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system. * Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required * Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints * Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned * Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. * Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation. * Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols. * Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems. * Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-610 certification or previous is required * 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment * Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment * Good written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook * Ability to spend long periods of time sitting using a microscope Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Aegis Factory Logix * Experience working in aerospace/defense industry * Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Ability to work with little instruction on daily work "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
