Financial Data Analyst, TSMC Arizona Corporation, Phoenix, AZ. Design and architect complex financial models to perform long-term financial forecasting and for R&D projects. Streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks to increase work efficiency and enhance financial planning and analysis processes. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on investment, and earnings per share. Conduct budget control and financial analyses on capital and operating investments. Identify potential savings projects while analyzing variances. Assist with data transformation projects within accounting/ finance department. Build and maintain relationships with various departments. Collaborate with the Financial Accounting and Analysis team on budget preparation, and forecasting. Cooperate with Finance and IT team on system implementations and enhancement for finance and accounting related systems projects.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field, plus one year of experience in financial data analysis.

Must have education or experience in each of the following:

• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Data analysis, data cleaning, data manipulation, data visualization, and ETL;
• Experience with Relational Database management system;
• Financial statement analysis (Income statement, balance sheet, and Cash flow statement), and Risk analysis; and
• All following analytics tools: Advanced Excel, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, Tableau, and PowerBI.

Experience may be gained while in graduate school.
