Your Role & Impact

As an Electromechanical Technician , you’ll be a crucial part of our manufacturing and assembly process, ensuring top-quality aerospace products meet strict engineering standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment , assembling and inspecting components that play a critical role in aviation and aerospace technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly , testing, and inspections.

• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment with precision.

• Identify and document product defects, performing necessary rework or repairs.

• Maintain an organized workstation and follow strict safety and quality standards .

• Lift up to 40 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per shift .

What You Need to Succeed:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred (but not required):

• Soldering experience – Certification not required (we provide in-house certification!)

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or aerospace-related work

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
