Swoon is actively seeking a Director of Data Science to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team
• Develop decision support and predictive solutions for customers and staff while leveraging AI for pattern recognition and beyond
• Set the strategy and standards for data science and advanced analytics
• Define data science methodology and analytics products

Whats required?

• 10+ years of experience in leadership developing analytics organizations
• 7+ years of experience developing data solutions
• Articulate technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• Experience in a retail or CPG company preferred, but not required
• Manage and respond to customer situations and manage a team
• Masters Degree or higher in education
