Mission/Job Scope:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to own, execute and optimize our programmatic and paid social advertising channels. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically related to display and video advertising, CTV, and paid social platforms. They will also have a strong aptitude for data reporting and insight analysis with a proven track record of driving improved campaign performance. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across programmatic channels, including CTV, display, paid social, native ads, and more.
Collaborate with creative teams, sales, and other departments to craft tailored campaigns that engage target audiences.
Manage programmatic buying and bidding strategies (e.g., RTB, private marketplaces) to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
Work closely with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to optimize campaign performance.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
Leverage first-party and third-party data to define precise audience segments for programmatic campaigns.
Implement sophisticated targeting strategies (e.g., geotargeting, behavioral targeting, demographic, and interest-based targeting) across CTV, display, and paid social.
Optimize retargeting and prospecting strategies to increase conversion rates.
Utilize customer data platforms (CDPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to personalize campaigns and optimize targeting.
Creative Development & Optimization
Work with creative team to develop superior ad creatives to maximize awareness and consideration (e.g., display banners, video, social ads)
Ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance, including A/B testing different ad formats, CTAs, and messaging.
Budget Management & ROI Optimization
Manage and allocate the budget across various programmatic channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Continuously monitor spending, adjusting bids and pacing to optimize the budget distribution across different channels.
Implement cost-control measures to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, DSPs, social media platforms) to track and analyze the performance of campaigns across different programmatic channels.
Regularly report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) to stakeholders, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct post-campaign analyses to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Technology & Platform Management
Manage and oversee relationships with programmatic platforms (e.g., Google DV360, Meta Ads, Roku, etc.).
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that enhance targeting, creative, and campaign optimization efforts.
Stay up to date with developments in programmatic advertising, including new platforms, formats and best practices.

Ability to communicate effectively & professionally (written/orally).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities effectively
Aptitude for intellectual curiosity within and outside of this role
Experience with Meta paid advertising
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in a similar position or performing similar duties.
Experienced with managing people(s).
Proficiency in programmatic digital marketing platforms (e.g. DV360, TheTradeDesk, or similar DSP, Meta Ads Manager).
Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
Retail digital marketing experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
