Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona, 85053, United States. The role involves providing technical assistance, managing computer hardware, and working with a variety of technologies including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and resolve technical issues related to Android Development

• Handle tasks related to Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth operations

• Administer and maintain Citrix Technologies as per the business requirements

• Oversee the maintenance and management of computer hardware systems

• Manage and configure Dell Technologies effectively

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Active Directory

• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of Apple Devices

• Manage and maintain Backup Technologies to ensure data safety

• Coordinate and oversee Configuration Management activities. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Android Development.

• Proficiency in using and implementing Cisco Technologies.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies.

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Experience with Dell Technologies.

• Knowledge of Active Directory.

• Ability to support and troubleshoot Apple Devices.

• Experience with Backup Technologies.
