Description We are in the search for a diligent Customer Service Representative for our team in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is a critical part of our customer service department, handling customer inquiries and issues, with a focus on damaged goods replacement. This role involves a high level of interaction with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams in a team-oriented cubicle setting.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding damaged goods

• Liaise with manufacturers to order replacements for damaged items

• Handle a high volume of customer calls, particularly during busy periods

• Work within a team-based setting, maintaining a positive and productive environment

• Manage and update customer records accurately in the system

• Utilize various communication platforms such as phone and email to interact with customers

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order tracking

• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with customers and manufacturers

• Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Maintain focus and productivity in a lively team environment. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset

• Comfortable with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficient in email correspondence, able to communicate effectively and professionally

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry, capable of processing customer orders quickly and accurately

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal use of time and resources

• Previous experience in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry is preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or relevant certifications are a plus.
