Seeking Contact Agents/Call Center Representatives for a contract opportunity working for a global technology services leader providing support within the financial industry!

• Position located in Phoenix, AZ, 85034

• THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

• Pay Rate: $19/hourly ($20 hourly Spanish bilingual Skill Set)

• Work schedule: Open availability for an 8 hour shift between 6am- 6pm

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone to provide information

• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services

• Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues

• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

• Maintain the highest level of customer service Qualifications:

• Must have a HS diploma or GED

• 6 months previous call center experience

• Computer literate

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
