Duties: Repair or replace damaged body parts, straighten bent frames (traditional and unibody), weld\ and cut vehicle body parts, diagnose and correct suspension-related issues, and perform\ mechanical repairs related to collision damage, including electrical. Qualifications: Two years experience\ required. Must have experience using frame and measuring equipment. On-the-job training will be provided. Anticipated dates:\ 4/01/2025 - 12/01/2025. Job Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Wage Information: \$26.97/hour, at\ least 35hrs/week Mon-Sun, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the schedule varies). A single workweek will\ be used to compute wages due. The pay frequency is every two weeks or according to the\ prevailing practice in the area of intended employment, whichever is more frequent. All\ deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will\ reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing,\ and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B\ worker. In bound transportation: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the\ employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of\ recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is\ dismissed earlier, the employer will provide for the worker\'s reasonable costs of return\ transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,\ except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.\ The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical\ and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at\ a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.\ Employer provided Items: The employer will provide the workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and\ equipment required to perform the job. Three-fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to\ offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the\ total employment period.
