Hiring CNC Mill/Lathe Machinists!

Job Description

We are hiring CNC Mill and CNC Lathe Machinists to serve niche segments of the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. You will perform set-ups (load/unload, change tooling, offsets, pull up programs, minor editing, tolerance testing). Review three-dimensional computer-aided/automated design (CAD) blueprints of the part and determine the sequence of events needed to make the part. Check the programs to ensure that the machinery will function properly and that the output will meet specifications.

Hard Skills

  • CNC Mill or Lathe experience: 3-5+ years

  • Experience with Haas, Matsuura, or Mori Sieki Machines

  • Ability to hold tolerances of +/- 0.0001 or better

  • Ability to perform set-ups and edit programs, set origins and offsets

  • Familiarity with print reading and GD&T

  • Must have own tools: such as hand tools, allen keys, hammer, wrench, 6 in. calipers and gauges

Job Type

This is a permanent position. You will be a direct employee of the company we are hiring for. There is no contract period for this role!

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
